What happens during the consultation?
The consultation is personal and detail-focused. You’ll discuss menu ideas, dietary restrictions, budget, guest count, and overall vibe. After that, Chef Rian will create a mock menu—and in most cases, schedule a tasting so you can experience the flavors before final approval.
Do you offer tastings or sample menus?
Yes. Tastings are available for clients after consultation and can be customized to your event style or flavor preferences. This ensures everything is confirmed and approved before the event.

Chef Rian typically works solo, ensuring full attention to detail. However, additional help may be brought in depending on the size and needs of the event..

Anything from “grown and sexy” to relaxed and casual. The experience can match your theme—and Chef Rian will craft the menu and vibe to fit perfectly.
How Do I Book A Consultation?
Visit kenniescaribbeanbistro.com and follow the booking prompts. Once your request is submitted, Chef Rian will reach out to schedule a consultation where he’ll learn your vision, preferences, dietary needs, and event details.
How far in advance should I book?
A minimum of two weeks is recommended. For urgent requests, Chef Rian may accommodate bookings within 48 hours—but an additional fee may apply.

What are some of your signature dishes?
Anything jerk is highly requested—plus curry chickpeas with rice pilaf, sautéed cabbage, and the most popular dish: Seafood Mac n’ Cheese (known to disappear quickly!).
What is your deposit and refund policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. If canceled a week before the event, 25% of the deposit is retained. If canceled within a few days of the event, the full deposit is non-refundable.
