From childhood, Chef Rian was surrounded by the sights, smells, and stories of the kitchen—watching his great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother turn meals into moments and food into memories. That legacy sparked a passion that led him to culinary school, where he earned his degree in Culinary Science and began refining his skills with intention and respect for high-quality ingredients.
Today, he brings that same heart and precision to every table—crafting intimate dining experiences, carefully curated menus, and flavors that speak to the soul. Whether preparing Caribbean cuisine, fine dining, or comfort food, Chef Rian believes in restraint over complication, technique with purpose, and cooking that creates emotion.
His goal is simple: to take people on a culinary journey—without ever leaving home.
